GENERAL BILL by Bendross-Mindingall
Seaport Security; requires seaport security plans to establish restricted access areas within seaport; deletes provision that subjects all prospective employees to fingerprint-based criminal history check if seaport security plan does not designate one or more restricted access areas; provides that only restricted access areas require regulations concerning prospective or current employees having criminal convictions or history. Amends 311.12.
