Motor Vehicle Insurance; authorizes certain insurance policies to provide coverage for towing & storage costs re recovery of stolen vehicles; specifies absence of liability by insurers or policyholders for towing & storage costs in excess of certain amounts; specifies absence of liability by insurers or registered owners for certain storage costs if wrecker fails to provide certain notice, etc. Creates 627.7289.
