GENERAL BILL by Murzin
Medical Expert Witnesses; authorizes Board of Medicine & Board of Osteopathic Medicine to issue expert witness certificates; provides requirements for certification; provides that certain false, deceptive, or misleading expert witness testimony is grounds for disciplinary action; provides that certain medical expert testimony shall not be admissible unless expert witness meets certain requirements, etc. Creates 458.3175, 459.0066; amends 458.331, 459.015, 766.102.
