Weapons & Firearms/Assault Weapons; prohibits manufacture, importation, possession, purchase, sale, or transfer of assault weapon or large-capacity detachable magazine; provides that knowing violation of act is felony of second degree; increases minimum terms of imprisonment imposed for possessing, discharging, or seriously harming another with semiautomatic firearm & its high-capacity detachable box magazine or with machine gun, etc. Creates 790.222; amends 775.087, 790.07.
