Florida Clean Indoor Air Act; defines term "person" & "proprietor or other person in charge of enclosed indoor workplace" for purposes of act; eliminates certain exceptions to prohibition against smoking in enclosed indoor workplace; prohibits proprietor or person in charge of enclosed indoor workplace from permitting smoking in that workplace; provides penalty for vendor who knowingly makes false statement on annual compliance affidavit, etc. Amends Ch. 386, 561.695.
