GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Consumer Services ; Regulated Industries ; Geller
Indoor Smoking Places; redefines term "stand-alone bar" to include licensed premises that derives no more than specified amount of gross revenue from sale of food consumed on licensed premises & that is located in building individually listed in National Register of Historic Places; authorizes law enforcement officer to issue citation to person who violates Florida Clean Indoor Air Act; provides requirements for citation, etc. Amends Ch. 386, 561.695.
