GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Regulated Industries

Cigarette Taxes; directs Secretary of DBPR to require certain dealers & agents to remit tax on cigarettes by certified check or electronic funds transfer; requires Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco Div. of DBPR to adopt rules governing payment of taxes by certified check or electronic funds transfer; requires that seizure of unstamped cigarettes be reported to division, etc. Amends 210.021,.08,.18.
