GENERAL BILL by Brown ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bilirakis ; Mahon

Mammography; authorizes Boards of Medicine & Osteopathic Medicine to issue citations & to require additional education in certain circumstances; provides for informed consent prior to performance of mammogram; creates presumption that physician is operating within appropriate standard of care when obtaining informed consent; provides limitation on use of subsequent mammograms as evidence in certain negligence actions, etc. Amends 456.077; creates 766.119.
