GENERAL BILL by Ryan

Ethics/Public Officers & Employees; prohibits employees of state & its political subdivisions from participating in political campaign; provides requirements for persons who have left office or employment as to filing report re gifts; prohibits member of Ethics Commission from lobbying any state or local govt. entity; requires commission to adopt rule detailing grounds for waiving fine & procedures when lobbyist fails to timely file his or her report, etc. Amends Ch. 112, 104.31, 914.21.
