GENERAL BILL by Domino
Water Control Districts; revises powers of board of supervisors of water control district to execute water control plans; revises provisions for water control plan development & amendment; clarifies authority of certain districts as exclusive providers of certain services & facilities; revises water control plan adoption procedures; revises provisions for assessment liens; provides for revision of engineer's report pursuant to assessment readjustment. Amends Ch.298.
