Super Bowl/Tax Incentives; requires DOR to distribute certain sales tax revenues to Tourism, Trade, & Economic Dev. Office for certain purposes; specifies additional program purposes of Economic Development Incentives Account in Economic Development TF; establishes Super Bowl incremental sales tax incentive program; requires DOR to determine incremental increase in certain sales tax revenues attributable to Super Bowl, etc. Amends 212.20, 288.095; creates 288.1259.
