GENERAL BILL by Rice
Offender & Murderer Registration; exempts murderer who has registered under another provision of law from certain registration requirements; provides criteria for registration of persons convicted of murder; requires clerk of court to secure & distribute fingerprints of convicted murderer who is not sentenced to prison; requires HSMV to forward to FDLE & DOC certain of information provided by registered murderer, etc. Amends Chs. 775, 944.
