Land Surveying & Mapping; revises requirements to be entitled to take licensure examination to practice in this state as surveyor & mapper; authorizes certain photogrammetrists to qualify for license by endorsement; revises liability of partnerships & other business entities rendering professional surveying & mapping services; provides definition of "photogrammetrist"; conforms provision to definition of photogrammetrist. Amends 472.013,.015,.021,.005,.007.
