Indian River Mosquito Control Dist.; (Indian River Co.); codifies, amends, reenacts, & repeals special acts re district; fixes & prescribes boundaries of said dist.; provides for government & administration of dist.; names commissioners thereof & provides for election of their successors; provides & defines powers & purposes of such dist. & of board of commissioners thereof; authorizes & empowers said board to construct & maintain canals, ditches, drains, & dikes, etc.
