Indian River Farms Water Control; (Indian River Co.); codifies, amends, reenacts, & repeals special acts re Indian River Farms Water Control District; provides territorial boundaries; provides for levy, collection, & enforcement of installment & maintenance taxes by district at same time & in like manner as county taxes; provides that said taxes shall be extended by county on county tax roll & shall be collected by tax collector in same manner & time as county taxes, etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law
