Anti-Fraud Law Enforcement TF; creates said trust fund; authorizes Insurance Fraud Div. of Financial Services Dept. to deposit certain moneys into fund; requires moneys in fund to be appropriated by Legislature; prohibits expenditures of fund moneys except by legislative appropriation; requires balances in trust fund to remain in fund for certain purposes; provides for future review & termination or re-creation of trust fund, etc. Creates 626.9893; amends 932.7055.
