GENERAL BILL by Machek ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Holloway ; Meadows

Water Management Districts; authorizes water management districts to implement small business program; requires rulemaking; allows governing board member to serve until successor is appointed; authorizes licensed water well contractors to act as prime contractors & to contract with other licensed water well contractors & other contractors for certain work; revises date for submission of petition for wetlands jurisdictional declaratory statement. Amends Ch. 373.
