GENERAL BILL by Harrell
Controlled Substances; prohibits sale, manufacture, alteration, delivery, uttering, or possession of counterfeit-resistant prescription blanks for controlled substances; authorizes electronic recording of oral prescriptions for controlled substance; requires DOH to develop & adopt by rule the form & content for counterfeit-proof prescription blank for voluntary use by physicians to prescribe said substance listed in Schedule II, III, or IV, etc. Amends FS.
