Commercial Real Estate Liens; creates "Commercial Real Estate Sales Commission Lien Act"; specifies conditions under which broker is entitled to lien upon owner's net proceeds from disposition of commercial real estate for any commission earned by broker under brokerage agreement; creates "Commercial Real Estate Leasing Commission Lien Act", etc. Amends 475.42; creates 475.700-.719,.800-.813.
