Exoneration of Felony Convictions; provides automatic restoration of civil rights of person convicted of felony who is subsequently exonerated of offense; amends provision re qualifications to register or vote; amends provision re wholesale distribution of prescription drugs; amends provision re denial, suspension, or revocation of permit, certification, or registration to deal in prescription drugs, etc. Amends 940.05, 97.041, 499.012,.067,.64, 944.292,.293.
