Beverage Law; amends provision re transfer of certain licenses to sell alcoholic beverages to provide exception to waiver of certain transfer fees when described transfer is within specified period; revises provisions for limited permits issued by Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco Div. for wine tastings & sales at certain events; allows Fla. Farm Winery to lease its premises to vendor, etc. Amends 561.32,.221,.57, 599.004.
