Commission on Human Relations re job criteria guidelines; clarifies provisions re discrimination against individuals which constitutes unlawful employment practice; provides for wage disclosure, recordkeeping, & reporting requirements of employers; amends provision re administrative & civil remedies under Fla. Civil Rights Act of 1992, etc. Amends 760.02,.06,.10,.11; creates 760.105.
