GENERAL BILL by Dockery
Phosphate Mining; eliminates Phosphate Research Trust Fund from among enumerated trust funds that contribute to General Revenue Fund; exempts said trust fund from contribution to General Revenue Fund required under specified provision; repeals provision re requirement that subjects said trust fund to service charge imposed under specified provision. Amends 215.20,.22; repeals 378.101(1)(i).
