Student Progression/Social Studies; requires comprehensive program for student progression to include assessment of performance in social studies; clarifies participation in statewide assessment program; conforms provisions re subject area grade level proficiency of students in Juvenile Justice Dept. education programs; specifies that act does not require change in subject areas measured by statewide assessment program. Amends 1008.25, 1003.51,.52.
