Liability/In-home Services Companies; requires in-home service company or residential delivery company to obtain criminal history information concerning certain employees, agents, subcontractors, & independent contractors from FDLE or private vendor; provides conditions under which person may file suit against said companies for negligent hiring; provides rebuttable presumptions; prohibits disclosure of criminal history information except under certain circumstances, etc.
