Auto Insurance Joint Underwriting; provides requirements for administration of automobile insurance joint underwriting plan; requires plan to establish investigation & litigation unit for certain purposes; requires plan to obtain actuarial certification under certain circumstances; requires plan to submit rate filing to Insurance Regulation Office under certain circumstances; specifies criteria for members of plan's board of governors, etc. Creates 627.3115.
