Baccalaureate Degrees/Comm. Colleges; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN H6005) provides that community colleges that grant baccalaureate degrees remain under authority of State Board of Education re specified responsibilities; requires said colleges that offer said degrees to maintain their primary purpose & prohibits such colleges from terminating associate degree programs; provides guidelines & restrictions for setting tuition & out-of-state fees for upper-division courses, etc. Amends FS.
