Fraud; redefines term "white collar crime" to include Medicaid provider fraud; provides minimum mandatory term of imprisonment for committing aggravated white collar crime involving Medicaid provider fraud; amends provision re Criminal Punishment Code to conform provisions to changes made by act; provides applicability. Amends 775.0844, 921.0022.
