GENERAL BILL by Geller

Charter Schools; provides that sponsor of charter school shall not be liable for civil damages for certain actions; provides that duty to monitor charter school shall not be basis for private cause of action; expands school district's immunity from assumption of contractual debts. Amends 1002.33.
