GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Lynn
Community Behavioral Health Agencies; provides that certain facilities or programs defined in specified provisions have liability limits in tort actions under certain circumstances; limits net economic damages allowed per claim; provides for claims bills to be filed with Legislature; requires costs to defend actions be assumed by provider or its insurer; specifies occasions that immunities enjoyed by provider extend to employee, etc. Creates 394.9085.
