SB 1820: Golf Cart Regulations
GENERAL BILL by Klein
Golf Cart Regulations; grants local jurisdictions authority to enact ordinances governing use of golf carts which are more restrictive than state law; requires that use of golf carts upon any state, county, or municipal road located within local jurisdiction be in compliance with local ordinances governing use of golf carts. Amends 316.212,.2126.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
