Paintball Guns & Markers; defines terms "paintball gun" & "paintball marker"; prohibits person from carrying such gun or marker in vehicle on highway; provides specified exceptions; provides that act does not apply to commercial paintball field, range, or course operator when operator transports passengers to & from designated player areas; provides that person who violates act commits misdemeanor of first degree; provides criminal penalties.
