Persons with Disabilities; provides right to access to reports & records in abuse & neglect cases of by Agency for Persons with Disabilities; requires agency to provide certain notice of services to certain parties in dependency proceedings; revises provisions re refingerprinting & rescreening; authorizes injunctive proceedings against providers not in compliance with screening requirements under Developmental Disabilities law, etc. Amends FS.
