SB 1856: Commission on Ethics

GENERAL BILL by Villalobos

Commission on Ethics; prohibits individual who qualifies as lobbyist from serving on commission; prohibits member of commission from lobbying any state or local governmental entity; provides exceptions for individuals who are members of commission on effective date of act until expiration of their current terms. Amends 112.321.
