SB 1860: Initiative Petitions/Violations

GENERAL BILL by Dockery

Initiative Petitions/Violations; provides that violation of section invalidates any petition form on which signatures were obtained through violation; prohibits counting any such signature to determine number & distribution; provides that supervisors of elections are responsible for enforcing provisions re submission & verification & that Secretary of State is otherwise responsible for enforcing section, etc. Amends 100.371.
