GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Crist ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Baker ; Posey
Secondhand Dealers; exempts persons or entities offering secondhand goods or personal property for sale, purchase, consignment, or trade via Internet from provisions of Secondhand Dealers & Secondary Metals Recyclers law under certain circumstances; exempts certain businesses that sell, rent, or trade motion picture videos or video games from said law; revises recordkeeping requirements for such dealers, etc. Amends FS.
