GENERAL BILL by Insurance Committee ; Ross

Health Maintenance Organizations; deletes definition; expands requirement that health maintenance organization remains responsible for violations of certain statutory requirements if organization transfers to any entity the obligations to pay any provider for claims arising from services to subscribers of organization; redefines term "fiscal intermediary services organization"; amends provision to conform. Amends 641.234,.316, 626.88.
