CS/SB 1930: Law & Correctional Officers/FRS
GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Garcia
Law & Correctional Officers/FRS; authorizes certain persons who earned credit for service in Regular Class of FRS while attending training academy or facility for certification as law enforcement officer or correctional officer to upgrade their retirement credit therefor to Special Risk Class service; provides for funding of revision of FRS by this act; provides finding of important state interest, etc. Amends 121.0515.
