SB 1950: Legislative Lobbying
GENERAL BILL by Posey
Legislative Lobbying; provides that it is conflict of interest for person registered to lobby Legislature to serve on governing or advisory body of entity that receives state funds if person's position on body is subject to gubernatorial or legislative appointment; provides penalties. Amends 11.045.
Effective Date: First Wednesday after first Tuesday in November 2008
