Second Primary Election; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1268 & 1956) eliminates said election; repeals provision re holding of special elections in conjunction with said election, to conform; amends provisions re restrictions on changing party affiliation between primary elections, to conform; amends provisions re qualifying for nomination or election to office, to conform; adjusts date to designate Lt. Gov. running mate, to conform, etc. Amends FS.
