CS/SB 1994: Medicaid
GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; Garcia
Medicaid; authorizes AHCA to pay for certain visual services prescribed to Medicaid recipients regardless of age; requires hospital that is licensed in this state & is owned in whole or in part by municipality or county to collect specified info when purchasing or contracting for medical supplies from vendor; requires hospital to exercise contracting preference for vendors that use greater number of employees residing in this state, etc. Amends Ch. 409.
