GENERAL BILL by Sebesta ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Posey
Ethics/Public Officers & Employees; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1944 & 2008) prohibits employees of state & its political subdivisions from participating in political campaign during certain time periods; reduces maximum penalty for failing to file disclosure of financial interests from $1,500 to $300; provides requirements for persons who have left office or employment as to filing report re gifts, etc. Amends FS.
