CONCURRENT RESOLUTION by Ethics and Elections ; Posey

Legislative Lobbying; provides that Joint Rule 1 of Joint Rules of the Legislature, re legislative lobbying, is superseded by provisions of Committee Substitute for Senate Bill 2646 to extent that such Joint Rule conflicts with or is inconsistent with provisions of Committee Substitute for Senate Bill 2646, as enacted by Legislature; authorizes technical & stylistic changes to conform to Joint Rules of Legislature, etc.
