GENERAL BILL by Government Efficiency Appropriations ; Constantine

Tax on Communication Services; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1296 & CS/2066) requires dealers to document exempt sales for resale; requires DOR to accept certain evidence during protest period; requires DOR to establish toll-free telephone number for purpose of verifying registration numbers & resale certificates; clarifies characterization of local commuications services tax as including certain fees & being in lieu of such fees, etc. Amends Ch. 202.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
