Enterprise Zones; authorizes Hillsborough Co. to apply to Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to amend boundary of its enterprise zone; authorizes office to approve amendment to boundary lines of enterprise zone under certain conditions; authorizes City of Tampa to apply to said office to amend boundary of its enterprise zone. Amends 290.00699.
