SB 2218: Adverse Medical Incidents Act
GENERAL BILL by Saunders
Adverse Medical Incidents Act; creates "Florida Patients' Right to Know About Adverse Medical Incidents Act"; requires health care facilities & health care providers to observe certain delineated rights of patients; provides that certain records obtained through act may not be subject to discovery or introduced into evidence in any civil or administrative proceeding; provides for applicability of act to certain records, etc. Creates 381.028; amends 381.0271.
