GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Webster

Asbestos-related Claims; provides that limitations of liabilities in act apply to corporation that is successor & became successor before January 1, 1972; provides that cumulative successor asbestos-related liabilities of corporation are limited to fair market value of total gross assets of transferor determined as of time of merger or consolidation; provides methods by which to establish fair market value of total gross assets; provides for severability & applicability, etc.
