GENERAL BILL by Posey

Private Donations/Public Programs; provides legislative intent; provides that person may make donations to support any activity or program that is funded by state; requires that any such donation made to state be made to Financial Services Dept.; requires department to hold donations until they are distributed; provides for distribution of donations; requires that donations be held in trust fund.
