GENERAL BILL by Bennett
Foster Children/Residential Services; provides that child may be moved from one residence to another for certain specified reasons; requires that child be given opportunity for full academic year of appropriate instruction; requires that educational assessment be completed if child is not demonstrating academic progress; requires that clear & specific plan be developed to help child make educational progress, etc. Amends 409.1679.
