SB 2308: Health Care Advance Directives
GENERAL BILL by Crist
Health Care Advance Directives; provides that any competent adult may make living will or written declaration that provides life-prolonging procedures in event such person has medically futile condition; revises medical conditions included in suggested form of living will; revises procedures re incompetent patient's right to forego treatment in absence of living will; provides that certain pregnant patients may not have life-sustaining treatment withdrawn or withheld, etc. Amends FS.
